Project Management
TIS have their own unique approach to managing IT deployments at their client sites up and down the UK. We have a meeting with the client to agree a plan of action and then communicate this to our Technical consultants, and everyone is briefed on the milestones involved.
We are currently involved with a large (Payment Card Industry) PCI Project for one of our main clients. The aim of this is to ensure they maintain a secure network and have policies and procedures in place to manage all activity on the network.
Training and Facilities
TIS have their own custom designed training room, which holds up to 12 trainees and is complete with it’s own full sized SMARTboard. If you are considering an internal training programme we would be happy to provide you the use of our facilities at a very competitive cost.
Microsoft Training Packages
If like most of us you are still trying to get to grips with Microsoft Office 2007, or are considering upgrading to this platform, we can help train your staff and take the pain away from you.
Our training packages consist of:
- Microsoft Word - beginner, intermediate or expert level
- Microsoft Excel - beginner, intermediate or expert level
- Microsoft Outlook - beginner, intermediate or expert level
In addition we can also help with user admin training of the network, and many other Microsoft platforms including older versions of Microsoft Office.
